We understand that life happens, and as such do the best we can to accommodate patients. Without communication to our office, we are not able to provide quality care that you and others deserve.
Missing a confirmed appointment not only throws off the office schedule, there is also a high overhead cost involved in the turnover of the hygiene and/or surgical rooms specifically set-up for your appointment.
Cancellation of appointments without 2 business days’ notice denies other patients, who are waiting, an opportunity to come in and have treatment done at our clinic.
As a courtesy to others, we require a firm confirmation from you at least 24 hours prior to your visit to ensure that your appointment is not released to another patient.
